All proceeds to Flying Start

This month in High Life – with the help of Tracey Emin – we launched our campaign to save the postcard. In the age of Tweeting and texting, travellers are losing the simple pleasure of writing postcards. Once a standard rite of being abroad, according to TripAdvisor only 11% of us now send cards home from our travels. But the postcard is a minor art form in its own right, so who better to champion its survival than some of Britain’s top artists and designers? We asked some of our favourite celebrities to lend their support to our campaign by designing their own miniature work of art. And the best news? They are all up for grabs as our auction in aid of Flying Start, the global charity partnership between British Airways and Comic Relief, gets underway. Place your bids now!
