London is great to explore because there's so much to see

Union Jacks encapsulates the Best of British because... we're only using the best ingredients from small producers up and down the country.

I'd share a meal there with... my lovely wife and also my partner in Union Jacks Chris Bianco, because he's an incredible chef.
All of the dishes
are standout.

If I could cook for the Queen... I would have to find out what her particular favourites are. But hopefully I'd cook a meal using Britain's top produce,
a bit like I did for the G20 summit.

London is great to explore because... there's so much to see, whether you're into history, culture, sport, or just like wandering around all the markets and open spaces.

The Olympic and Paralympic Games coming to London means... a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to see outstanding sportsmen and women and to show the world what Britain has to offer.

The events I'm most looking forward to at London 2012 are... the athletics, cycling and swimming. I'm going to catch as many of the finals as I can.

I'm proud to be British because... Britain is a diverse, exciting place with brilliant people, amazing sights and stunning food. I think some of the best chefs in the world are here and we should champion them.

Union Jacks (unionjacksrestaurants.com) is now open in London's St Giles and Chiswick with more
sites coming soon.
