Above all people and service. I cannot imagine a great hotel without the right team members delivering a heartfelt, intuitive service.

Port Andratx, Mallorca, for its great sea, great people, great food.

Once I was asked to be the best man for the bride of a wedding I had organised.

A 'repeater', a guest who comes back again and again as if he is a member of the family.
