I am a cake addict. I always take a rich, homemade cake on expeditions. We have to ration it carefully as I would happily eat it in one go.
I'm so used to flying that I know what tricks I need to surf my way through airports. My personal best was 30 minutes from the Heathrow Express to the gate. I like to set myself little challenges - it's an interesting way to make the most of my travels.
