The nights are drawing in, the Christmas lights are ready to be switched on, and once again … it’s panto season.
Oh yes it is! And from 1 – 6 December, the Beck Theatre, Hayes, will be playing host to
Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves, as performed by the British Airways Cabin Crew Entertainment Society (BACCES), a dedicated group of amateur acting talent sourced from BA flights past and present.
You can expect a rip-roaring evening of family fun packed with the usual mix of high-jinks, comedy and seasonal spirit, as well as an exclusive soundtrack recorded by the London Symphony Orchestra and the chance to spot a celebrity or two.
Formed in 1971, BACCES has staged a traditional panto every year to kick-start the festive season and also raise money for some worthwhile causes. In 2008, the society raised £14,000 for various charities including the RNLI and the Kidney Patient Association.
For tickets and more information please call the BA booking line on + 44 (0)20 8513 0507 or the Beck Theatre on + 44 (0) 20 8561 8371. Tickets are priced from £13 - £16.
