Where are you from?
I'm a Londoner born and bred. I grew up in Stratford, near the Olympic Stadium, and still live in the area. It's amazing to see the transformation taking place thanks to 2012 as Stratford has always been deprived of any real financial input. The changes will really benefit the community.
What's the first thing you do when you get back to London?
Catch up with my family and chill out. I'm a real homebody and, as I'm often on the road, coming home is always special.
What are your favourite restaurants?
Nigerian cuisine is my favourite. It's meaty, spicy and full of flavour. Summer Gold in Canning Town is great and 805 Old Kent Road is also excellent — my brother swears by it. I love fish and chips too. George's in Stratford is the best in London.
What was the last exhibition you saw in London?
British Art Now at The Saatchi Gallery in Chelsea. It was a great introduction to hot young British artists. I love museums too. My favourite is the Ripley's Believe it or Not! in The Trocadero in Piccadilly Circus. It's amazing for weird and wonderful facts and trivia — you never know what to expect.
What is your earliest London memory?
Playing in West Ham Park with my brother. My dad used to take us there every Sunday for a run around. We were really active kids so it was the perfect place to tire us out.
What have you discovered in London recently?
I've started to get into traditional African dancing. There's a cultural centre in Bow where you can join in a class or just watch a performance. It's a great workout.
What would you do if you were mayor for the day?
I'd make transport free.
What's your top tip for tourists?
Jump on an open-top bus. It is a very cool way to see the city and you can hop off at any point to explore.
What's the most romantic thing someone's ever done for you in London?
I've only been out with scumbags! I'm still waiting for some romance...
